B&A is seeking a Corporate Enterprise Network (WAN): Network Engineer - Senior to support the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Information Operations Enterprise Enclave and Information Operations Secure Enterprise Enclave Engineering (IOEE/IOSEE) Support Services in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. - Anticipated Start: November 2026
- Period of Performance: 1 Base Year + 2 Option Years
- Salary Range: $85,000 – $135,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, certifications, security clearance, and contract funding. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Location
- Pearl Harbor, Hawaii
Responsibilities
- Works under general supervision, developing the requirements of a product from inception to conclusion.
- Develops required specifications for simple to moderately complex problems.
- The current and anticipated network equipment for which the vendor must have expertise includes a COTS 10 Gigabit Ethernet LAN and associated software and hardware equipment.
- The network consists of a corporate, campus-wide CISCO LAN plant with Gigabit switching and routing to internal servers and external networks.
- DLA J6 owns the Corporate Network and the underground cable.
- Coordinates with the Vendor PM, COTRs, and government user representatives to ensure accurate solutions and user satisfaction on technical matters.
Education and Experience
Five (5) years of progressive Information Technology (IT) experience including at least two (2) projects supporting one or more of the following technical areas:
- Enterprise network engineering
- Network operations and sustainment
- Network design and implementation
- WAN/LAN engineering
- Telecommunications infrastructure
- Cisco routing and switching
- IPv4/IPv6 networking
- MPLS, BGP, and OSPF
- Network security/STIG compliance
- Network installation, testing, and lifecycle support
Note: At least one (1) project must have occurred within the past three (3) years.
Required Certifications
- Current DoD 8570/8140 approved IAM Level III certification
- Cisco Certified Network Professional Enterprise (CCNP-E)
- Check Point Certified Security Administrator (CCSA) or higher certification
Desired Certifications
- AWS Cloud Practitioner
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
- CompTIA Cloud+
- Check Point Certified Security Expert (CCSE)
Security Clearance
- Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility, adjudicated within the last five (5) years
