Job Description
Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI to be considered.
Summary:
• Implement infrastructure and automate deployment processes.
• Ensure monitoring, reliability, and scalability of services.
• Manage and maintain Kubernetes containers and cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Utilize Terraform and Ansible for configuration management.
• Develop in Python, Bash, and Go, and administer Linux systems.
• Work with big data technologies including Hadoop, Accumulo, Spark, NiFi, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Trino, and Presto.
• Apply Agile methodologies and Git for development and deployment.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps Engineering or Software Development and Bachelors in related field; or 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
• Total Compensation: $222k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Support development and deployment of cloud infrastructure in AWS (EKS).
• Automate deployment processes and ensure reliability and scalability of services.
• Manage and maintain Kubernetes containers and cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Collaborate with development teams for application integration.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production systems.
• Continuously improve processes and tools for high availability and performance.
• Utilize Kubernetes and other container orchestration platforms.
• Apply configuration management tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Develop in Python, Bash, or Go.
• Perform Linux system administration and troubleshooting.
• Work with Git, Flux, and other development/deployment tools.
• Apply AGILE software development methodologies.
• Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Accumulo, Spark, NiFi, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Trino, Presto).
