Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ CI Polygraph to be considered.
Summary:
• Implement infrastructure, automate deployment processes, and ensure reliability and scalability of services.
• Manage and maintain Kubernetes containers and cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Collaborate with development teams and troubleshoot production systems.
• Requires expertise in Linux system administration, configuration management with Terraform and Ansible, and programming in Python, Bash, or Go.
• Utilize Git and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with big data technologies including Hadoop, Apache Spark, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Apache Hive, Trinio, and PrestoDB, along with Continuous Integration/Delivery and Docker containers.

• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 9+ years
• Total Compensation: $261k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Support development and deployment of cloud and non-cloud (Edge) infrastructure.
• Automate deployment processes and ensure reliability and scalability of services.
• Manage and maintain Kubernetes containers and cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate applications into the infrastructure.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production systems and resolve issues as necessary.
• Continuously improve processes and tools to ensure high availability and performance.
• Stay current with new technologies and industry trends.
• Strong knowledge of Linux, including system administration and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in configuration management tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Knowledge of AWS services (EC2, EBS, S3, Lambda) for infrastructure deployment and management.
• Experience with application and OS deployment, scaling, and management.
• Ability to develop in multiple programming languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
• Familiarity with Git, Flux, and other development tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Understanding of AGILE software development methodologies.
• Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, Hive, Trino, Presto.
• Experience with containers (EKS, Docker) and CI/CD.
