Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Reliability, Electrical, Mechanical or Materials Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus 8 years of relevant experience or Master's degree plus 6 years relevant experience.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Description of Needs:
- Advises and confers with engineers in design review meetings to provide reliability and maintainability findings and recommendations
- Develops Reliability Program Plans
- Generates reliability and maintainability mathematical models and predictions
- Participates in a Failure Review Board
- Participates in a FRACAS program as a team member
- Drives stress analysis/worst case analysis efforts of parts
- Participates in Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) efforts
- Supports sustainment efforts through reliability assessments
- Identifies opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvements and innovation
- Demonstrates strong leadership capability within a team-based environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision
