Title: Logistics Engineer
PayRate: $40-$50/hr+
Location: Onsite - Woodland Hills, CA
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours/week, 9x80 A Schedule
Must-Haves:
Active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance
5+ years of logistics engineering or life cycle support experience
Experience in military maintenance and sustainment environments
Hands-on experience using EAGLE for Logistics Support Analysis (LSA)
Experience developing LSA products in accordance with MIL-STD-1388, GEIA-STD-0007, or MIL-PRF-49506
Experience performing Level of Repair Analysis (LORA)
Experience with Life Cycle Cost Analysis modeling
Experience utilizing LSA data to develop:
Technical Data
Technical Publications
Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs)
Training Products
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Plusses:
Previous support of USAF programs
Experience on defense/aerospace development programs
Experience with logistics design influence efforts
Experience developing Technical Orders
Experience with provisioning requirements and maintenance planning
Prior experience supporting government contract programs
Day-to-Day:
Utilize EAGLE to conduct Logistics Support Analysis (LSA)
Develop Logistics Product Data Summaries
Support logistics engineering activities for development programs
Influence product design from a logistics and sustainment perspective
Analyze technical drawings, manuals, specifications, and engineering data
Develop logistics and technical documentation
Create and update Technical Orders and Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs)
Generate task analyses, maintenance plans, and provisioning reports
Perform and update Level of Repair Analysis (LORA)
Conduct Life Cycle Cost Analysis activities
Develop maintenance concepts to improve mission readiness and affordability
Partner with engineering teams to ensure supportability requirements are met

This individual will join a Specialty Engineering team supporting a critical government program focused on system sustainment and logistics engineering. The ideal candidate will leverage EAGLE to perform Logistics Support Analysis, develop logistics product data, conduct Level of Repair Analysis, and create technical documentation that supports long-term system readiness. This role requires a strong understanding of military logistics standards, maintenance planning, life cycle support strategies, and technical publication development. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering and program teams to ensure systems are maintainable, supportable, and mission-ready while contributing to innovative defense solutions in a fast-paced environment.
