Salary:
The projected salary range for this position is $18 - $22/hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation, rather actual salary will be based on experience, qualifications, and applicable certifications or degrees held. Offered salary may fall outside of this range.
Expertise and Functions
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, including scheduling and confirmations
- Prescreen candidates with phone screenings as needed
- Provide support to Talent Acquisition team in resolving WorkFlow hold ups or obstacles
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
- Work closely with Lead to train on TA skills and to learn company processes, etc.
- Attend job fairs and recruitment events as needed
- Ensure Job Descriptions and other essential forms are properly recorded and stored
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Education/Training:
- High School diploma
Experience:
- 0+ years of experience
- Previous office administration experience preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook preferred
Security:
- Must be a US citizen
- Ability to obtain a security clearance may be required
Physical Requirements:
- Able to occasionally reach with hands and arms
- Prolonged periods of computer screen use, while sitting or standing at a desk
- Adhere to safety protocols when in work areas requiring use of PPE (e.g. eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, steel toed shoes, etc.)
- Able to safely lift and carry up to 20 pounds at a time
