Client: Eagle Integrated Services
Govt Customer: Army- CECOM
Time left on Govt contract: 3 years
Duration: 6-month contract-to-hire, you will convert perm after 6 months
Pay Rate during 6 months:: Mid Data Analyst: 40-45/hr; Senior Data Analyst: 45-50/hr
Conversion Salary: Mid Data Analyst: 113K; Senior Data Analyst: 119K
Interview Process: one and done virtual Teams interview; I sit in and get immediate feedback
Location: fully remote- customer is out of MD so need to work EST time zone
Clearance: active Secret
What You'll Do:
• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines within the Palantir Foundry platform.
• Integrate and transform data from various sources to support analytics and reporting.
• Collaborate with application developers and data analysts to understand data requirements.
• Optimize data workflows for performance and scalability.
• Ensure data quality and consistency across the platform.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline issues.
• Document data engineering processes and best practices.
• Develops, implements, operates and maintains data collection, storage, analysis and reporting capabilities that turn data into actionable information.
• Interprets data, analyzes results using statistical techniques and provides ongoing reports
• Acquires data from primary or secondary data sources and maintains databases/data systems
• Identifies, analyzes, and interprets trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Understands, follows and promotes the values and principles in the Agile Manifesto
• Understands, follows and promotes continuous cyber security risk management
What You Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering with Palantir Foundry; 3+ years of experience in data engineering with Palantir Foundry.
• Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python or Scala.
• Experience with ETL tools and data integration techniques.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and database management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
