Insight Global is seeking Mid-Level and Senior Data Analysts to support a newly awarded federal program in a fully remote capacity. We're looking for data professionals with experience transforming complex data into actionable insights while working within modern data platforms such as Palantir Foundry.
This role offers the opportunity to work on mission-critical initiatives by building data pipelines, integrating information from multiple sources, and enabling data-driven decision making across federal operations.
What You'll Be Doing
• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines within the Palantir Foundry platform
• Integrate, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business intelligence and reporting efforts
• Develop data collection, storage, analysis, and reporting capabilities that turn data into actionable insights
• Build and maintain ETL processes and data integration workflows
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within large and complex datasets
• Collaborate with software developers, analysts, and stakeholders to support mission requirements
• Optimize data workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across the platform
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline and integration issues
• Document data processes, standards, and best practices
• Support Agile development practices and continuous cybersecurity risk management
Required Qualifications
• Active Secret Clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or related technical disciplines
• Experience with Palantir Foundry preferred
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience with Python, Scala, or similar programming languages
• Experience with ETL tools and data integration techniques
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and database management concepts
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
