Secret Cleared Journeyman Product Manager (Remote)
💲 $59-$66/hr 📍 100% Remote 🔒 Active Secret Clearance Required 🇺🇸 Federal Program
Insight Global is seeking 4 Secret-cleared Journeyman Product Managers to support a high-profile federal client in a fully remote capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Product Managers who thrive in Agile environments and enjoy translating complex mission requirements into impactful technology solutions.
In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision and roadmaps, gather and prioritize requirements, manage product backlogs, and work closely with development teams to ensure business objectives are successfully delivered. You'll play a key role in sprint planning, backlog grooming, user story development, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and release readiness activities.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Develop and maintain product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories
• Prioritize and manage product backlogs based on mission value and ROI
• Partner with development teams throughout Agile sprints and releases
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement and expectation management
• Identify dependencies, risks, and delivery challenges
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and release readiness efforts
• Promote Agile best practices and continuous cybersecurity risk management
Preferred Experience:
• Low-code platforms such as Appian, Microsoft Power Platform, Salesforce, or Palantir Foundry
• Writing high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria
• Breaking down complex mission requirements into incremental deliverables
• Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• Agile/Scrum product development environments
Required Qualifications:
• Active Secret Clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field plus 4+ years of relevant experience
• OR 7+ years of applicable experience in lieu of a degree
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience leading product initiatives and guiding teams through complex challenges
