Required Skills & Experience
Active TS/SCI Security clearance

Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum; experience in scaled delivery environments (e.g., supporting PI Planning/ART ceremonies).
Active Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM or PSM I)
Experience with Atlassian tool suite or similar

An employer in the Dayton, Ohio area is seeking a TS/SCI-cleared Scrum Master for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This individual will lead Agile teams in delivering complex projects within a government environment, ensuring successful execution through Scrum best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, coaching teams and Product Owners on Agile methodologies, tracking key delivery metrics, and driving process improvements to enhance team performance. The Scrum Master will also be responsible for removing impediments, managing risks and dependencies, coordinating with program leadership and cross-functional teams, and maintaining Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence. Additionally, this role will support governance, reporting, and compliance requirements within a highly regulated environment. Candidates must possess an active TS/SCI security clearance and be able to work onsite five days per week in the Dayton area.
