Description:
· Required Skills & Experience:
· 5+ years of experience managing program or project schedules
· 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master managing project planning
· Experience developing, documenting, and executing a Lean-Agile process to manage the technical baseline and IMS at all integration levels within the DoD acquisition lifecycle
· Experience conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting
· Experience with scheduling tools, including Microsoft Project and Kidasa Milestone Profession
· Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
· TS/SCI clearance
· Bachelor's degree
· Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
· Experience with Earned Value Management
· Experience with data collection and analysis
· Experience with Data Analysis software tools
· Experience supporting business process updates and improvements
· Knowledge of the DoD Adaptive Acquisition Framework
· Master's degree
· Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Job Description Details:
· Implement and maintain organizational program schedules in support of the client.
· Collaborate with program leadership to review contracts, project cost accounting, and perform tactical planning using tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, and Risky Project.
· Regularly interact with cross-functional teams.
· Gather program information, conduct analyses of key program metrics, and prepare briefing documentation and key decision documentation.
· Emphasis on communication to ensure program goals are met and quality standards are achieved.
