C-UAS / UxS Roles – Detailed Job Overview (• This program supports a broad Counter-UAS mission set across multiple functional areas, including training, operational analysis, system testing, data analytics, and equipment fielding, all within joint, interagency, and coalition environments

Training Specialists (General & Domain-Focused)
• Deliver comprehensive instruction on UxS/C-UAS systems through classroom, hands-on, and field-based training environments
• Train operators and maintainers on system capabilities, operations, maintenance procedures, and tactical employment
• Integrate UxS/C-UAS considerations into mission planning using the Military Decision-Making Process, supporting operational readiness and real-world execution
• Support mobile training teams and conduct training events both CONUS and OCONUS, including deployment to operational or austere environments
• Replicate adversary threats by simulating red-force UAS tactics, techniques, and procedures to prepare personnel for real-world engagements
• Conduct new equipment fielding and operator certification training to ensure effective system adoption
• Adapt instruction methods to varying skill levels, evaluate student performance, and provide feedback to improve proficiency and readiness

• Design, develop, and maintain training programs, including Programs of Instruction, lesson plans, and supporting training materials

• Continuously update training content based on system changes, threat evolution, and operational feedback
