Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary:
• Provide IT infrastructure support, Tier 3 problem resolution, and system administration.
• Support Linux system deployments using Kubernetes container orchestration.
• Manage configuration management tools including Puppet and Ansible.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 15+ years
• Total Compensation: $310k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems.
• Manage IT system infrastructure, day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution across client, server, storage, and network devices.
• Deliver Tier 3 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of complex system issues.
• Administer large software deployments on LINUX/UNIX systems and clustered storage solutions such as Ceph.
• Manage Kubernetes-orchestrated containers and utilize system configuration management software like Puppet and Ansible.
• Coordinate escalation and status communications with management and internal customers.
