Job Description
Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an Application Identity Developer to support a federal program located in Stuttgart, Germany. The Application Identity Developer will support wave-based application onboarding into an enterprise ICAM enforcement architecture while leveraging ServiceNow CMDB as the authoritative operational data source. This role is only open to those with an active Secret security clearance.
Responsibilities of the Application Identity Developer include:
· Support application discovery, integration planning, and onboarding wave execution activities
· Analyze authentication methods, identity sources, authorization models, application dependencies, and access pathways
· Configure and validate federation, reverse proxy, header injection, API gateway, brokered access, and legacy access integration patterns
· Collaborate with identity integration and F5 engineering teams to implement application-specific authentication flows and access policies
· Maintain and validate ServiceNow CMDB relationships for applications, owners, missions, identity providers, classifications, and access policies
· Support ServiceNow workflows for intake, readiness assessments, approvals, onboarding status tracking, testing, and sustainment handoff
· Validate onboarding outcomes including authentication, authorization, logging, policy enforcement, user acceptance testing, and CMDB accuracy
Qualifications for the Application Identity Developer include:
· Must have an Active Secret Clearance
· Experience integrating enterprise applications with Identity and Access Management (IAM/ICAM) solutions
· Knowledge of authentication protocols, federation technologies, authorization models, and identity provider integrations
· Experience with ServiceNow CMDB administration, application mapping, and workflow integration
· Understanding of reverse proxies, API gateways, brokered access solutions, and enterprise access management architectures
· Experience troubleshooting application onboarding, authentication, and authorization issues across complex environments
· Ability to coordinate with cross-functional engineering, security, and application stakeholder teams
· Strong documentation, validation, and technical analysis skills supporting enterprise integration programs
Compensation for the Application Identity Developer includes:
· Salary Range: $200,000 - $240,000 based on experience
