HUMINT Targeting Specialist, Mid

Streamline Defense is seeking a mid-level HUMINT Targeting Specialist to support the Defense Intelligence Agency at DIA Headquarters, Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, Washington, DC. This is an immediate-fill position on an active program supporting critical intelligence missions across the Department of War and the wider Intelligence Community.

• Conduct HUMINT targeting analysis in support of collection operations and mission requirements
• Develop and maintain targeting products using computer-based tools including CHROME, CRATE, DataXplorer (DX), Mosaic, GCOMS, G2G, NGT, and QLIX
• Draft and write cables in support of HUMINT operations
• Create network diagrams and link analysis products using visualization tools such as Analyst Notebook
• Coordinate targeting efforts across DoW and IC partners in support of complex mission sets
• Brief targeting products and analytic findings to program stakeholders

• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
• 3+ years of experience with HUMINT targeting
• Experience with computer-based tools, including CHROME, CRATE, DataXplorer (DX), Mosaic, GCOMS, G2G, NGT, and QLIX
• Experience writing cables
• Knowledge of the DoW and wider Intelligence Community
• Ability to create network diagrams using visualization tools such as Analyst Notebook
• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience with targeting, or 10+ years of experience with targeting in lieu of a degree

• Experience with briefing programs for decision at the General Officer, Flag Officer, or Senior Executive level
• Experience with specialized training such as SIGINT or Open-Source Research
• Experience navigating complex mission sets with both DoW and non-DoW Federal Departments and Agencies
• Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR
