Job Overview:
PatchPlus requires SMEs to support efforts to identify and resolve All-Domain Naval Fires and Targeting (ADNF-T) capability gaps across the Department of the Navy (DoN). Our contractor team provides subject matter expertise, detailed assessments, and synchronization of DOTMLPF-P efforts across the Naval services. Our Staff Support Officer will provide dedicated administrative, security, and knowledge management support directly to the government customer.

Responsibilities / Duties:
• Draft and route official correspondence in accordance with appropriate manuals
• Manage calendars, travel, and schedules for senior leaders (O5/GS14 and above)
• Manage and DoN / DoD staff tasker management systems.
• Coordinate, create, review, and approve travel authorizations and vouchers.
• Other tasks as appropriate and required by the customer
Required Qualifications:
• TS/SCI, with SAP and CAP eligibility at contract start.
• 10 years of related experience in executive-level administrative, office management, or security support.
• Bachelor’s degree or 15+ years of applicable experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience and training in DoD security procedures, including the Defense Information System for Security (DISS) for clearance verification and visit requests
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience supporting military Flag/General officer (O7+), SES, or Commanding Officer (O6) with administration functions
• SharePoint administrator or "power user" software proficiency
