Directors Action Group (DAG) Acquisition Support

Tecolote Research, Inc. is hiring experienced program and acquisition management professionals to manage the cost, schedule and performance for Department of Defense acquisitions from the commercial, industrial and/or military perspective.

• Assess, develop, evaluate, and consolidate technical and programmatic responses from internal and external program stakeholders
• Frequently interact with Air Force and DoD tools such as ETMS2, SMART, and DAMIR to initiate, track and close out various System Delta, Directorate, MAJCOM, and Headquarters Space Force tasks
• Effectively utilize communication, planning, budgeting, and programming skills to support ongoing and future Air Force Acquisitions
  Other responsibilities include:
  • Daily review/analysis/dissemination of tasks
  • Use NIPR & SIPR Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) and e-mail to retrieve/assign tasks
  • Update tasker database, which will be provided to leadership each day
  • Assemble and provide instruction on the development of Staff Summary Sheet (SSS) packages
  • Effectively communicate with offices at each leadership level (System Delta, Directorate, MAJCOM, AF, DoD)
  • Prepare briefing slides for weekly leadership and Integrated Product Team meetings
  • Advise leadership on status of assigned deliverables
  • Other duties as directed by leadership
    
    
    
    
    • Minimum 5 years of experience, including two years supporting a space-related program
    • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Statistics
    • Active Security Clearance
    • U.S. Citizenship
      
      Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000/Year, DOE
      
      
      
      Bachelor's degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
