Job Summary:

The Candidate shall use knowledge of an experience with AF Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS) operations, capability development, and multi-intelligence fusion to provide Multi-Intelligence Fusion operational and technical support to the ACC mission in operating, equipping, maintaining, and modernizing the USAF DCGS. The primary function of this subtask is to support USAF DCGS program management including mission systems, planning functions, and modernization efforts.

Essential Functions:

  • Identify, evaluate, and assist ACC in integrating emerging multi- discipline ISR technologies and non-material solutions.
  • Attend various USAF, ACC, and AFMC meetings and forums, ERBs, CCBs, and other meetings related to USAF DCGS tasks, system integration, and life- cycle sustainment to monitor and advise ongoing USAF DCGS management activities.
  • Assist with capability-based operational requirement development, integration management, and test and evaluation.
  • Assist in the development and presentation to ACC staff of various integration strategies in conjunction with USAF DCGS components and acquisition agents to mitigate risks posed to operational USAF DCGS.
  • Participate in Joint C4ISR experimentation, operational exercises, tests, system development, and integration activities.
  • Provide expert advice and assessments to the ACC staff regarding relationships between USAF DCGS multi-intelligence capabilities and supporting network and infrastructure architectures and resources.
  • Monitor compliance with related policy, regulations, and instructions regarding USAF DCGS and PED architectures; USAF DCGS relationships with AOCs, wings, and squadrons; and materiel and non-materiel solution modeling and simulation.
  • Track, validate, and satisfy ISR tasks and RFIs while managing project-associated databases and activities across multiple Command echelons.
  • Develop empirical and qualitative assessments for ACC decision-makers regarding technology and procedural impacts to current and programmed ISR systems, subcomponents, TTPs, and organizational structures.
  • Participate in Joint C4ISR experimentation, tests, operational exercises, innovation events, system development activities, and integration forums using current IC and DoD ISR tools and applications.
  • Support units and NAFs during exercises and experiments across the TACS and Air Force Targeting Enterprise to ensure training meets proper standards and identifies capability or training gaps.
  • Assist ACC, USAF, and partner organizations in developing instructional materials, processes, schedules, training products, emerging-capability exercise plans, and certification materials.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned in support of ACC/A2 A26 mission requirements

Position Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
  • Active TS/SCI government security clearance.
  • Proficiency in using intelligence analysis tools and software, and familiarity with data analysis techniques.
  • Ability to integrate and analyze intelligence from various sources, such as signals intelligence (SIGINT), imagery intelligence (IMINT), and human intelligence (HUMINT).
  • Strong analytical skills to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in intelligence data.
  • Experience in reviewing and writing technical documentation and reports
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other analysts and intelligence professionals to produce comprehensive intelligence assessments.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills
  • 4 years of experience
  • Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior ACC/A2, AFLCMC, MAJCOM, NAF, DCGS, AOC, ISR platform, PED, TACS, or Air Force Targeting Enterprise experience.
  • Experience with requirements management, JCIDS, DOTMLPF-P analysis, DoDAF architecture products, analysis of alternatives, modeling and simulation, or cost-analysis support.
  • Experience supporting Joint C4ISR experimentation, operational exercises, innovation events, system tests, technology transition, or capability integration activities.
  • Project management, Agile, ITIL, PMP, DAWIA, or related certification or formal training.
