Job Description

Que Technology Group, Inc., is seeking an experienced Network System Administrator to join a small team supporting a mission-critical enclave network with both physical and virtual network devices. This position is responsible for maintaining secure, reliable, and compliant IT operations across the enterprise environment.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Create and modify user accounts and access controls
  • Troubleshoot network infrastructure and client-server environments
  • Install, configure, and maintain network equipment and devices
  • Configure and manage firewalls and security controls
  • Perform system maintenance, updates, patching, backups, and data protection activities
  • Conduct vulnerability scanning and support compliance requirements
  • Support data management and data transfer operations
  • Diagnose and resolve network outages and connectivity issues
  • Ensure the security and operational integrity of mission-critical systems

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Proficiency with Linux, Windows, and Red Hat environments
  • Experience maintaining and troubleshooting network infrastructure
  • Knowledge of data management and data transfer processes
  • Experience conducting vulnerability scans and implementing security best practices
  • Understanding of STE/STN requirements

Desired Skills:
  • Experience with customer analytic tools
  • Experience with Ansible, Quay, GitLab, and VMware
  • Knowledge of LatteArt/Biscotti

Security Clearance:
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
