Job Description

Five Rivers Analytics, an Akima company, is seeking a Field Stock Clerk to support the Satellite Control Network Operations, Remote Site and Mission Partner Support (STORMS) contract at New Boston Space Force Station, New Hampshire. The Field Stock Clerk performs day-to-day logistics, inventory, receiving, shipping, and supply support for organizational maintenance activities supporting 23 SOPS and Mission Delta 31. This position is responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, tracking, inventorying, packaging, preserving, and shipping government property, repair parts, tools, test equipment, bench stock, and mission materials that sustain continuous Space Force satellite operations. Working under established procedures and in coordination with Government logistics personnel and maintenance teams, the incumbent helps maintain material readiness for Satellite Control Network mission systems and supporting communications infrastructure. Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day logistics, inventory, receiving, shipping, and supply support for organizational maintenance activities supporting SCN mission systems.
  • Receive, inspect, verify, store, issue, package, preserve, and ship government property, repair parts, tools, and support equipment in accordance with DoD and Space Force procedures.
  • Inspect incoming equipment for damage, completeness, serviceable tags, and required documentation prior to acceptance into inventory.
  • Maintain accountability of Government Furnished Property (GFP), bench stock, shop stock, work center supply points, and CA/CRL accounts.
  • Process supply requisitions, receipts, turn-ins, due-ins, and material transactions using SBSS/ILS-S and other approved logistics systems.
  • Track DIFM assets, monitor MICAP requirements, expedite critical material requirements, and follow up on supply actions.
  • Research obsolete or difficult-to-source repair parts and coordinate alternate procurement solutions when NSNs or standard supply channels are unavailable.
  • Assist with depot repair processing, PMEL coordination, TMO shipments, equipment turn-ins, and redistribution of assets.
  • Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping documentation, serviceable tags, and supporting paperwork for depot shipments and equipment transfers.
  • Conduct recurring Supply Point, Bench Stock, warehouse, and Government Property inventories and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Maintain hazardous material inventory records, monitor shelf-life requirements, and support HazMat compliance.
  • Maintain shipping records, reusable container accountability, and logistics tracking documentation.
  • Coordinate pickup and delivery of inbound and outbound shipments throughout the installation.
  • Ensure required repair parts and materials are available to support scheduled and corrective maintenance.
  • Package, preserve, mark, label, and prepare equipment for shipment in accordance with DoD transportation and ESD requirements.
  • Maintain logistics documentation supporting maintenance actions and property accountability.
  • Assist Government logistics personnel, DLA, PMEL, transportation offices, and maintenance teams with supply transactions.
  • Support logistics inspections, inventories, audits, contingency operations, and mission surge requirements.
  • Respond to routine logistics requests while maintaining an organized and mission-ready supply operation.
  • Comply with Technical Orders, Space Force guidance, local operating instructions, safety requirements, and contract procedures.
  • Perform other logistics and supply duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Active Secret Security Clearance.
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience supporting DoD logistics, warehouse, inventory, supply, or organizational maintenance operations.
  • Working knowledge of SBSS/ILS-S or comparable DoD logistics systems.
  • Knowledge of Government Property Accountability, inventory control, material management, and supply documentation.
  • Experience with depot repair processing, PMEL coordination, TMO shipping procedures, or military supply operations preferred.
  • Understanding of MICAP processing and supply prioritization.
  • Familiarity with Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) handling requirements.
  • Ability to read and follow Technical Orders and logistics documentation.
  • Strong organizational, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in warehouse, maintenance, and industrial environments.

  • Experience supporting U.S. Space Force or U.S. Air Force logistics operations.
  • Knowledge of STORMS contract logistics requirements.
  • Experience supporting logistics and material accountability for SCN systems, including ARTS, RBC, Hybrid Tracking Stations, PEGASUS, HPUE, or Source Assets.
  • Previous military logistics (AFSC 2S or equivalent) or DoD contractor logistics experience.
  • Experience serving as a Government Property Custodian, Equipment Custodian, or Supply Account Custodian.
