Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary:
• Manage and monitor IT infrastructure, configure Windows and Linux operating systems, and implement CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate tasks using Ansible and Terraform, maintain system security, and provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 troubleshooting support.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 10+ years
• Total Compensation: $227k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems.
• Manage IT system infrastructure, daily configuration, and operation processes.
• Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for client, server, storage, network, and mobile devices.
• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution.
• Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems, install/load operating system software, troubleshoot, maintain integrity, configure network components, and implement enhancements.
• Optimize system operations and resource utilization, and perform system capacity analysis and planning.
• Automate infrastructure and tasks using Ansible, Terraform, and DevOps practices.
