Kaizen Approach is currently seeking an Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Consultant to support strategic workforce planning and human capital initiatives for a federal customer. In this role, you'll collaborate with the Human Development Advanced Capabilities Office to develop and execute strategic workforce plans that align organizational capabilities with future mission requirements. You'll evaluate workforce competencies, identify skill and capability gaps, develop implementation strategies, and provide data-driven recommendations that improve organizational effectiveness. This position involves supporting Human Capital Strategic Planning efforts, developing Concepts of Operations (CONOPS), communications strategies, and implementation plans while collaborating with government leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to advance workforce modernization initiatives. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational development skills, along with a basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its workplace applications, are highly advantageous.

Requirements:
- Must possess the ability to develop and execute strategic workforce planning initiatives that align workforce capabilities with organizational objectives.
- Must have the ability to apply Human Capital Strategic Planning methodologies to assess workforce readiness, identify competency gaps, and develop actionable workforce recommendations.
- Must be capable of conducting workforce analyses, evaluating organizational trends, and providing data-driven recommendations to senior government leadership.
- Must possess experience developing implementation plans, Concepts of Operations (CONOPS), communications strategies, and other workforce planning documentation supporting organizational transformation initiatives.
- Must have the ability to collaborate with Human Resources professionals, government leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to support workforce modernization efforts.
- Must possess strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, along with a basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its practical workplace applications.
- Must have experience utilizing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), such as PeopleSoft or comparable enterprise workforce management systems.
- Must have five (5) years of experience supporting strategic workforce planning, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Capital Management, Organizational Development, or a related discipline, including at least two (2) years supporting Federal Government, Department of Defense, or Intelligence Community organizations.
- Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline, plus five (5) years of relevant experience; or a Master's Degree in a related discipline plus three (3) years of relevant experience. Professional certifications in Strategic Workforce Planning, Human Capital Management, Organizational Development, or Change Management are highly desirable.
- Active TS/SCI clearance is required at the time of hire. The selected candidate must be eligible for and successfully obtain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph within thirty (30) days of hire.
