LOCATION:  Full-time onsite in Herndon, VA

Join our team as a Requirements Specialist who excels at coordinating and facilitating requirements capture sessions, building strong relationships with Mission Partners, and transforming complex requests into clear, trackable deliverables. In this role, you’ll work side‑by‑side with project managers, software teams, architects, and security to ensure every product and service request is fully understood, vetted, and aligned to mission priorities.

Key Responsibilities


In this challenging yet rewarding role, you are an integral part of what brings our Company's mission to life. You must have the following required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience in and/or with:

• 
  Coordinating and facilitating requirements capture meetings with Mission Partners.


• 
  Capturing, documenting, tracking, reporting and archiving products and services requested from Mission Partner to the Sponsor.


• 
  Working in close partnership with project managers, software teams, architects, security in interpreting and vetting product and service requests to the Sponsor.


• 
  Establishing and maintaining close relationships with Mission Partners to understand and anticipate requirements and business opportunities for the Sponsor.
