Insight Global is seeking a Top Secret Applied AI/ML Engineer to support the design, development, and deployment of next-generation artificial intelligence capabilities within a growing technology organization supporting government customers. This individual will work alongside engineers, architects, and technical leaders to develop AI-powered applications, agentic workflows, and machine learning solutions that support complex operational challenges. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering fundamentals with hands-on experience building, deploying, and optimizing AI-enabled applications in production environments. The selected candidate will contribute throughout the development lifecycle, including solution design, model integration, software development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement. Successful candidates will be comfortable working across multiple technologies while rapidly adapting to evolving requirements and emerging AI capabilities. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy building innovative solutions, experimenting with emerging technologies, and delivering practical AI capabilities that solve real-world problems.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and maintain AI-enabled applications and services
• Develop and support agentic AI workflows and automation capabilities
• Integrate LLMs and machine learning solutions into scalable software applications

Compensation: $75/hr. to $90.64/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
