Senior Bio-metrics SME

DarkStar Intelligence is looking for a Senior Bio-metrics SME to support our client in Washington, DC.

Clearance: TS/SCI CI Poly required

Note: This position is contingent upon contract award

Responsibilities

• Contractor shall maintain the DSR capability to process, store, transmit, and search for source biometric data IAW community best practices, policies and procedures.  
• Contractor shall maintain the capability to ingest, retrieve, view and export digitized documents.  

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a relevant field, or in lieu of degree, a minimum of 8 years of directly relevant experience.
• 5+ years’ experience and education/certifications in data mining, statistical analysis, computer programming, knowledge site development and sustainment, and other pertinent, modernized communication methods. 
• Valued competency in Defense CI/HUMINT collectors and sources operations with an ability to administer data driven management activities. 
• Certificates and/or education in DoD Automated Biometric Identification System (ABIS), Biometrically-Enabled Watchlist (BEWL), DoD Human Signature Databases (i.e., Cogent Automated Biometric Identifying System (CABIS), IRIS, fingerprint, and DNA signatures) is highly desired.  
• TS/SCI CI Poly required
