Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary:
• Manage system security posture, security operations, and configuration management for security software, hardware, and firmware.
• Develop security documentation and System Security Plans.
• Provide technical expertise in security policies and operations.
• Utilize knowledge of internetworking protocols to maintain system security.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 12+ years
• Total Compensation: $235k+ yearly (tentative)
Job Description:
• Enhance system security posture by supporting information assurance initiatives and enforcing security policies, standards, and methodologies.
• Oversee security operations for information systems, manage daily security aspects, and evaluate security solutions for classified processing.
• Conduct vulnerability and risk analysis/assessments for system authorization.
• Administer configuration management for security software, hardware, and firmware, ensuring compliance with security controls.
• Develop and maintain security documentation and System Security Plans lifecycle management activities.
• Provide technical expertise in security policies and operations, supporting the implementation and maintenance of security measures.
• Drive continuous improvement by assessing existing security processes and identifying vulnerabilities.
• Maintain proficiency with security tools, corporate repositories, playbooks, and guidelines.
• Apply operational understanding of server and IA technologies, internetworking protocols, and services.
• Maintain compliance with DoD 8140.03 IAM Level II or higher (CASP+, CISSP or higher).
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
