DURATION: 12-Month Contract with Extension and Potential for FTE Conversion
PAY RANGE: $70.00–$74.00 per hour (Paid Weekly)

SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Weapon Integration Division supports the advancement and sustainment of next-generation strategic weapons capabilities. Working closely with government customers and internal stakeholders, the team develops integrated weapon solutions and supports critical research and development initiatives. As a Cleared Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing and managing integrated master schedules (IMS) across multiple programs within the division. Partnering closely with Program Managers and senior leadership, you will establish schedule baselines, analyze schedule performance, identify risks, and provide actionable insights to support program execution. This newly formed scheduling team is building a unified scheduling framework across multiple projects and contractors, creating greater visibility and alignment across the organization's portfolio. The majority of supported programs are R&D-focused efforts requiring strong scheduling expertise, program integration, and schedule analysis using Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules for multiple defense programs.
• Establish and manage baseline schedules in partnership with Program Managers and leadership teams.
• Support program acquisition, integration, sustainment, and reporting activities.
• Perform schedule risk assessments and identify opportunities for mitigation.
• Track schedule performance and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with customers, program teams, and prime contractors to ensure schedule alignment.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of a division-wide scheduling framework and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• 6+ years of experience developing, maintaining, and managing complex project schedules across multiple programs.
• Strong understanding of Critical Path Methodology (CPM), schedule risk analysis, and mitigation strategies.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Project (Primavera P6 experience also considered).
• Experience supporting large-scale Department of Defense (DoD) programs in a scheduling capacity.
• Solid understanding of cost, schedule, performance, and risk management principles.
• Active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain SAP access (sponsorship for Top Secret clearance available if needed).
• Ability to work onsite at Hill Air Force Base in Clearfield, Utah.

NICE-TO-HAVE
• Active Top Secret Clearance.
• Experience supporting DoD or Department of Energy (DoE) acquisition and program management efforts.
• PMP Certification.
• Experience with Deltek Acumen Fuse, Deltek Acumen Risk, or comparable schedule analysis tools.
• Knowledge of Lean methodologies, CMMI, and root cause analysis techniques.

Compensation:
$70.00/hr - $74.00/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
