Job Description

As The Physcial Secruity Lead you will provide senior-level leadership and subject matter expertise for physical security supporting a classified customer, to include secure facility operations, access control, key control, policy implementation, and coordination of physical security requirements supporting Government and contractor activities.

Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law. Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate physical security support activities across supported locations, facilities, and classified work areas.
- Support implementation and oversight of physical security policies, procedures, inspections, and protection measures for classified and controlled environments.
- Coordinate physical security requirements associated with secure spaces, access control, key control, visitor procedures, and facility protection measures.
- Support ICD 705-related physical security planning, secure facility sustainment, and coordination with Government security stakeholders, as applicable.
- Assist with contract and contractor-related security matters affecting physical security support, including integration with broader security operations.
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant discipline and 10 years of directly relevant experience; or a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline plus 14 years of directly related work experience.
- Experience must include support to Special Access Program and Sensitive Compartmented Information environments
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively across Government, contractor, and external stakeholders; prepare briefings, reports, standard operating procedures, and official correspondence; and lead a team in fast paced classified environments.
- Security certifications a plus
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility; must be able to meet any applicable Special Access Program eligibility requirements identified by the Government.
