Deploy and maintain cloud compute servers and Kubernetes clusters that power the Snowflake platform in sensitive and sometimes air‑gapped production environments.
Implement software and maintain delivery pipelines that support continuous delivery and automatic compliance for Snowflake deployments in sensitive runtime environments.
Work directly with customers to quickly understand their critical problems related to running Snowflake and design and implement solutions.
Ensure operational readiness of services that host Snowflake, and meet commitments to customers regarding security, reliability, availability, and performance.
Collaborate closely with product teams on requirements and SLOs for deploying Snowflake software into air‑gapped environments.
Identify, troubleshoot, and solve network and systems issues impacting Snowflake clusters and supporting infrastructure.
Automate routine operational tasks related to provisioning, configuring, and maintaining Snowflake environments.
Requirements
