Job Description
We are seeking an Administrative Specialist Level I to provide administrative and operational support within a mission-focused environment. The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day office administration, records management, scheduling, meeting coordination, task tracking, and front-office support.
Responsibilities
Provide end-user support and perform general administrative duties with minimal guidance.
Assist with maintaining organizational knowledge management files, records, and websites.
Maintain administrative logs, records, files, and other documentation.
Manage calendars and coordinate schedules.
Assist with coordinating, planning, and organizing meetings and events.
Support the planning and execution of technical exchanges, conferences, and synchronization sessions, including coordinating meeting space, materials, and equipment.
Assist with reviewing, developing, and managing office administrative operating procedures.
Prepare and distribute read-ahead materials, briefings, and other meeting documentation.
Track action items, assignments, and organizational tasks through completion.
Provide administrative support for budgetary, billing, and financial management activities associated with front-office expenses, including office supplies.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
Desired Qualifications
Three (3) or more years of office administration experience.
Experience supporting administrative operations within a government, military, Intelligence Community, or mission-focused environment.
Strong organizational, communication, scheduling, and records-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
