Job Description

The Program Administrator will play a key role in supporting project and program management activities, ensuring seamless communication, and maintaining accountability for deliverables. This position requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage and deliver program objectives effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Records detailed meeting minutes, ensuring accurate documentation of decisions and action items.
  • Distributes meeting summaries and tracks follow-ups to ensure accountability and completion.
  • Tracks Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables to ensure timely submission and alignment with contract requirements.
  • Maintains organized records of deliverable schedules, updates, and submission status.
  • Prepares and submits deliverables to the contracts team for delivery to the Government in a timely and compliant manner.
  • Ensures compliance with contractual obligations, formats, and submission procedures.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Jira, MS Projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • US citizenship required.
  • Bachelor's degree in management or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Must be eligibile to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
