Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) – Entity Vetting (EV) Program
Location: Quantico, VA
Clearance Required: Active TS/SCI

Position Overview
Patriot Defense Group is seeking an experienced Mid-Level OSINT Intelligence Analyst to support the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Entity Vetting (EV) Program. This position supports DCSA's mission to protect U.S. national security by identifying risks associated with cleared industry, foreign ownership, control, or influence (FOCI), critical technologies, and supply chain vulnerabilities.
The selected candidate will review vetting packages to ensure compliance with submission requirements, conduct comprehensive all-source research, and develop intelligence products that support risk-based decision making. Analysts will evaluate information from open-source, commercial, government, and intelligence reporting to identify trends, relationships, and indicators that may impact national security.
Entity Vetting consists of three mission areas:
Verification and Triage Unit (VTU)
Due Diligence Unit (DDU)
Risk Management Unit (RMU)
These organizations provide business-focused due diligence, risk assessments, investigative support, FOCI evaluations, and mitigation recommendations throughout the entity vetting process. Analysts also support the Threat Integration Branch (TIB) by producing intelligence that enables informed security decisions.
Primary Responsibilities
Review submitted entity vetting packages for completeness and compliance with DCSA submission requirements.
Provide guidance to customers regarding package deficiencies, corrective actions, and case status.
Conduct all-source intelligence research using open-source, commercial, U.S. Government, and foreign government information.
Research and evaluate U.S. and foreign companies, ownership structures, executive leadership, investors, suppliers, business partners, creditors, and affiliated entities.
Analyze publicly available information to identify trends, patterns, relationships, vulnerabilities, and potential threats impacting national security.
Produce Risk Information Reports (RIRs), Threat Information Reports (TIRs), and other analytical products supporting DCSA risk assessments.
Assess risks involving Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence (FOCI), critical technologies, supply chains, and cleared industry.
Process, monitor, update, and track cases, analytical products, and reviews within designated systems of record and supporting databases.
Collect, synthesize, exploit, and evaluate intelligence reporting related to U.S. Government programs, technologies, and supply chain security.
Utilize commercial research platforms (such as Bloomberg), government databases, intelligence reporting, and open-source information to support analytical assessments.
Produce timely intelligence products while maintaining Intelligence Community (IC) tradecraft standards and complying with applicable IC Directives and Department of Defense guidance.
Disseminate intelligence products and brief findings to customers and stakeholders.
Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams while also working independently.
Travel within the United States may be required in support of mission requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
Clearance
Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance.
Experience
Minimum eight (8) years of analytical experience relevant to intelligence, counterintelligence, security, or all-source analysis.
Recent analytical experience within the last two years is highly desired.
Education
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Intelligence Studies, International Relations, Political Science, Criminal Justice, National Security, or a related field.
Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of education.
Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis.
Strong understanding of OSINT methodologies and research techniques.
Experience evaluating foreign ownership structures, supply chains, corporate affiliations, and business relationships.
Ability to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and emerging threats while developing sound analytical conclusions.
Experience conducting research across classified and unclassified environments.
Working knowledge of government databases, intelligence reporting systems, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office applications.
Experience utilizing commercial research platforms such as Bloomberg or comparable business intelligence tools.
Strong analytical writing and briefing skills.
Ability to prepare reports, intelligence products, executive summaries, and presentations for senior leadership.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Ability to lift standard office equipment (20–30 pounds) when required.
Position requires onsite support five days per week, with limited telework based on government requirements.
Valid U.S. driver's license with the ability to operate government vehicles when required.
