If you are passionate about developing innovative software solutions and meet the clearance requirements, we invite you to apply and contribute to impactful initiatives within a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.<br><br>Requirements<br><br><ul><li>Secret Clearance - TS/SCI Eligible</li><li>B.S. in Computer Engineering/ Science, Aerospace Engineering, or applicable engineering or science field.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of hands-on professional experience with Degree</li><li>Minimum of 7 years hands-on professional experience without Degree</li><li>Proficient in C, C++ and object-oriented software development methodologies.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to deliver working production software in an agile development environment.</li><li>Extensive knowledge of autonomous navigation and path planning techniques: waypoint navigation, geofencing, dynamic routing, obstacle avoidance, and collision detection algorithms.</li><li>Extensive knowledge in BetaFlight, ArduPilot, and Px4- 5 years.</li><li>Experience with sensor fusion techniques (e.g., combining data from IMUs, GPS, cameras, LiDAR) to enhance situational awareness and navigation accuracy.</li><li>Experience working with ground control software such as Ground Control for mission planning, execution, and monitoring.</li><li>Experience with the Qt/QML framework for developing user-friendly graphical interfaces.</li><li>Familiarity with MAVLink protocol for communication between UAVs and ground stations.</li><li>Proficiency in Python scripting for automation, data analysis, and prototyping tasks.</li><li>Strong understanding of data networking concepts, including TCP/IP protocols.</li><li>Proven ability to troubleshoot network communication issues.</li><li>Skilled in parsing and reverse engineering complex codebases (e.g., C++, Python) to identify subtle errors in data communications within hardware and software systems.</li><li>Experience with CAD</li><li>Demonstrated ability to fully build target SW from source files.</li></ul><br>The Ascendancy Group (TAG) was founded on and thrives based on relationships, reputation, and trust.<br><br>We are passionate about everything we do.  One hundred percent of our government-focused teammates are former members of the Department of War or the Intelligence Community who still believe in supporting our nation.
