Kentro is hiring a cleared, mid-level Database Administrator to support a federal client.
Location: Onsite, St. Louis, MO
Responsibilities
- Contributes to metadata standards and strategy in conjunction with data governance leadership by creating a data catalogue to inventory and organiz ing all of client data assets in the enterprise metadata repository .
- Creates process and manage key agency projects to oversee that delivery is consistent with data governance guidelines .
- Participates in IC driven Data Standards committees and team discussions regarding data acquisitions, archive recovery, and implementation of client Data Lakes and Warehouses .
- Designs and oversees development of stewardship dashboards and related reporting and workflows associated with the metadata tools .
- Plans and manages the development of efficient metadata ingestion processes with the goal of keeping the enterprise metadata repository synchronized with source systems.
Qualifications
- 5-9 years of related work experience to support the following qualifications:
- Intermediate to advanced e xperience using Microsoft Office suite applications .
- Intermediate to advanced e xperience using Oracle RDBMS .
- Intermediate to advanced e xperience using postgreSQL RDBMS .
- Ability to create and run PowerShell applications .
- Intermediate to advanced e xperience in Windows/Linux Administration .
- Intermediate to advanced e xperience using Tomcat and JBoss Servers .
Clearance Requirement:
- Active TS/SCI with willingness to take CI Poly
- Must be a US Citizen
