Job Description
Our HR Advisor to Senior Management will provide executive-level personnel administration, workforce management, and administrative support to leadership and staff across defense and space intelligence sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and process civilian, military, and contractor personnel actions and organizational records.
- Support workforce management activities including billet tracking and personnel readiness.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, travel, visitor control, and leadership task management.
- Maintain personnel databases and support process improvement initiatives for workflow visibility.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) is required.
- Minimum 10 years of experience supporting HR, executive administration, or workforce support activities.
- Experience supporting DoD, IC, U.S. Space Force, or related federal organizations.
Desired Qualifications- Proven track record improving HR workflow visibility and administrative processes.

Salary Range: $115,000 - $135,000/year, DOE
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
