Job Description
Our HR Advisor to Senior Management will provide strategic executive-level personnel administration, workforce management, and specialized administrative support to senior leadership at the headquarters level.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and process high-level civilian, military, and contractor personnel actions and organizational records.
- Direct workforce management activities including complex billet tracking and personnel readiness reporting.
- Manage executive schedules, strategic meetings, complex travel logistics, and leadership task management.
- Drive process improvement initiatives for workflow visibility and maintain secure personnel databases.
Required Qualifications- Master's degree (MA/MS) is required.
- Minimum 15 years of experience supporting HR, executive administration, or workforce support activities.
- Extensive experience supporting DoD, IC, U.S. Space Force, or related federal organizations at a headquarters level.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $135,000/year, DOE
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in math, engineering, or the sciences.
