Job Description



Our Civilian HR SME will Provide expert civilian personnel administration, workforce management, and strategic HR operations support to national security space organizations.



Key Responsibilities
  • Lead onboarding, offboarding, staffing support, and awards package processing.
  • Oversee the maintenance of personnel records, staffing trackers, org charts, and complex manpower reports.
  • Draft executive-level correspondence, memoranda, and high-visibility staffing packages.
  • Manage critical meetings, schedules, and suspense actions for senior leadership



    Required Qualifications
    • Master's degree (MA/MS) is required.
    • Minimum 15 years of experience supporting civilian personnel administration or workforce management in the federal government/DoD.
    • Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and advanced personnel workflows.
      Desired Qualifications
      • Experience managing complex manpower reports for large-scale DoD agencies.
