Job Description
Our Civilian HR SME will Provide expert civilian personnel administration, workforce management, and strategic HR operations support to national security space organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding, offboarding, staffing support, and awards package processing.
- Oversee the maintenance of personnel records, staffing trackers, org charts, and complex manpower reports.
- Draft executive-level correspondence, memoranda, and high-visibility staffing packages.
- Manage critical meetings, schedules, and suspense actions for senior leadership
Required Qualifications- Master's degree (MA/MS) is required.
- Minimum 15 years of experience supporting civilian personnel administration or workforce management in the federal government/DoD.
- Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and advanced personnel workflows.
Desired Qualifications- Experience managing complex manpower reports for large-scale DoD agencies.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $135,000/year, DOE
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in math, engineering, or the sciences.
