Insight Global is seeking a Secret-cleared Systems Integration Engineer to support the development and enhancement of an advanced mission-focused technology platform supporting Department of Defense customers.
This individual will serve as a technical leader responsible for coordinating software, hardware, and communications technologies into a cohesive solution. The ideal candidate possesses strong systems engineering fundamentals and can work across multiple technical disciplines to ensure successful delivery of complex capabilities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving integration challenges, collaborating with diverse engineering teams, and helping translate customer requirements into practical technical solutions.
Responsibilities
• Lead technical integration efforts across software, hardware, communications, and platform technologies
• Support system architecture development and design reviews throughout the engineering lifecycle
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure components function together as intended
• Assist in defining and managing technical requirements, interfaces, and system dependencies
• Work closely with engineering teams to support feature development, testing, and deployment activities
• Evaluate system performance and identify opportunities for technical improvements
• Help guide development priorities and ensure delivery against program milestones
• Contribute to technical planning, risk identification, and resolution efforts
• Support accreditation, security, and operational readiness initiatives as needed
$72hr to $92hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
