Job Description
Radiance Technologies, a 100% employee-owned company, is seeking a to lead team of cybersecurity and reverse engineering professionals and provide direct contract support as a to support vulnerability analysis and triage efforts in support of the Intelligence Community. The candidate will assist in analyzing weapon systems, software development, and vulnerability research. This position requires deep knowledge of reverse engineering principles, vulnerability analysis, and weapon systems.

- Perform daily timecard functions.
- Implement personal improvement plans as necessary (HR can support).
- Coach employee-owners and develop career path/ individual development plans (emphasize acquisition skills).
- Anticipate customer needs and work to publish speculative Job Postings to fill vacancies quickly.
- Interface with customer to ensure Radiance exceeds expectations/ always improving (assist PM to drive communication with Monthly Status Report).
- Perform mid-year and end-year performance appraisals.
- Perform software reverse engineering tasks
- Vulnerability research of weapon systems
- Proof of concept software development
- Creation of high-fidelity test beds for cyber analysis and testing
- Documentation and briefing of all findings to customers
- Review and analyze reports from penetration tests, static code analysis, and vulnerability scans.
- Analyze network architecture, data flows, organizational charts, and personnel assignments for potential cybersecurity vulnerabilities.
- Support a cross-functional team of domain experts helping correlate all findings into an overall vulnerability assessment of the target
- Previous experience in software reverse engineering
- Previous experience leading technical teams in weapon system analysis
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across functional teams.
- Ability to assess, document, and create proof of concept
- U.S. Citizenship with active Top Secret with SCI.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 7 years of experience supporting threat system analysis or reverse engineering
- Master's degree
- Previous leadership experience
