ASRC Federal Technology Solutions LLC is looking for a motivated Associate Low Code/No Code Developer with an active US Government Secret security clearance or higher to support their work with the U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. The developer will help design, build, and deploy secure low-code and no-code solutions using Microsoft Palantir Foundry/Army Vantage, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Working with guidance from senior team members, this person will translate documented requirements into maintainable applications and contribute across design, testing, deployment, and support.
Success means delivering reliable features in short iterations, responding to feedback, following platform standards, and maintaining clear technical and deployment documentation. A typical week includes contributing to requirements discussions, developing and testing solutions in Agile sprints, demonstrating features, supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), and assisting with releases. The developer identifies technical constraints, explains tradeoffs, collaborates with developers, system administrators, analysts, cybersecurity personnel, and government stakeholders, and elevates issues that require broader platform or organizational decisions. The developer does not own the requirements process.
Experience with any of the following is valued:

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field or 4 additional years of experience (for a total of 5 years) in lieu of the degree.
Required: CompTIA Security+; a computing environment certification appropriate to the assigned platform within 6 months of hire, such as Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900).
Preferred: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200), or Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400).
This 100% on-site position operates in a professional office environment at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. The role involves extended computer use and movement between installation buildings. We invest in the lives of our employees, both in and out of the workplace, by providing competitive pay and benefits packages. Benefits offered may include health care, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k); education assistance; paid time off including PTO, holidays, and any other paid leave required by law. The salary offered will depend on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal equity, business needs, and other factors permitted by law. Posted pay ranges are a general guideline only and are not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
