- Responsible for the travel program by
- Balance cost control, monitor policy compliance, and traveler safety
- Manage travel budget
- Ensure staff travel efficiently
- Provides prompt submission of travel vouchers within 5 days of travel completion
- Provides 24/7 support during trips or disruptions.
Required:
- Active TSC-SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study
- 3+ Years of experience leading travel function or similar level of administrative support
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
Desired:
- Prior experience supporting large federal programs
- Proficiency with Chrome River software
- Travel Institute offers the Certified Travel Associate (CTA)
- Certified Travel Counselor (CTC)
- Certified Travel Industry Executive (CTIE) programs
