RiverTech is providing supporrt to the 609th Air Operations Center at Shaw AFB, SC. The focus of The focus of this position is planning, coordinating, and tracking the movement of military cargo through contracted commercial airlines to ensure timely, efficient, and reliable logistics support for operations across the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility.

Responsibilities
The contractor shall execute the tasks listed below in support of cargo movement through contracted commercial airline carriers operating in the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility. The position will be located at the 609 AOC, Shaw AFB SCTASK. The contractor shall:
- Ensure Air Mobility Division program continuity in accordance with Defense Transportation Regulations (DTR) 4500.R Series, USTRANSCOM GHS Program Guidelines, the USCENTCOM Time-Phased Force Deployment Data (TPFDD) Letter of Instruction, and Aerial Port Letters of Instruction.
- Review the daily GATES Execution Management System (GEMS) report and coordinate with aerial ports in the USCENTCOM AOR to identify and offer backlogged cargo to commercial carriers.
- Manage cargo allotments to commercial carriers using USTRANSCOM and USCENTCOM program procedures and practices.
- Coordinate with aerial ports to ensure cargo is movement ready and within program parameters.
- Verify movement of cargo as planned and perform required billing actions.
- Reports on carrier performance discrepancies such as safety violations, program rule violations and bid violations.
- Assist with generating a Government Bill of Lading with the Global Freight Management (GFM) program and provide a copy to both the carrier and aerial port.
- Assist the Invoice Approving Official on all billing actions involving GHS operations.
- Attend two to four conferences annually involving GHS operations to include annual reviews, supporting updates to GHS processes, and providing future requirements.
- Provide support with updating DISS security data and assisting with security access to AFCENT and ARCENT information systems and facilities for Air Mobility Division personnel.
- Assist the equipment custodian with managing inventory of assigned equipment.
Qualifications
- Must possess ten (10) years of experience in Air Transportation or logistics to include commercial carrier and military airlift.
- Must possess three (3) years of experience using Defense Transportation Regulation 4500.R series.
- Must possess three (3) years of experience with GEMS and all cargo backlog reports.
- Must possess a US SECRET clearance.
