Strong communication and organizational skills are critical to success in this position, along with the ability to build strong relationships, collaborate in a cross-functional environment, and utilize problem-solving skills to proactively identify and manage risks and opportunities.


  • Leads field construction oversight on behalf of Boeing and the IPT Lead.
  • Produces weekly Construction Management and EVMS briefings and reports for government customer
  • Facilitates all Boeing relations and coordinates on behalf of the Boeing Team with host garrison staff for future and current construction activities.
  • Integrates constructability into the overall design during 30%/60%/90% design reviews.
  • Conducts, records and maintains all records related to field audits and periodic reports to the government.







  • 10+ years of experience in leading cross-functional and/or project teams
  • 10+ years of experience in a large construction projects, facilities management and or large project management
  • 10+ years of experience managing projects and utilizing standard project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Gantt charts, MS PowerPoint, status charts, resource load charts)



  • Bachelor's Degree or higher




Willing and able to travel up to 25% domestically - (Regular travel to Albuquerque)

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
