Position Summary
Provides initial and recurring NAOC Watch Officer (WO) training, certification, evaluation, and refresher instruction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Initial Qualification Training (IQT) and Mission Qualification Training (MQT).
- Teach COMSEC, TPC, security awareness, force protection, anti-terrorism, and WO duties.
- Maintain and update lesson plans and training materials per NAOCMAN 9-2 revisions.
- Administer recurring/refresher WO training.
- Evaluate student performance and maintain certification records.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years NAOC Battle Staff experience (or within last 5 years).
- Functional expertise in NAOC Watch Officer processes and procedures.
- Familiarity with NPES and ITWAA for WO operations.
Security Requirements:
- TS/SCI with SAP eligibility.
