Position Summary
Provides training evaluation, assessment, lessons learned tracking, and reporting support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain training deficiency and lessons learned database.
- Assist with publishing NAOCMAN 9-2 revisions.
- Support ATP development and updates.
- Analyze certification data to identify performance trends.
- Support CDRL A003 technical reporting and Commander-level documents.
Required Qualifications:
- Understanding of Instructional Systems Design (ISD).
- Experience evaluating military training programs.
- Familiarity with NAOC JMET standards and DRRS reporting.
Security Requirements:
- TS/SCI/SAP.
