Job Description
Dynamo Technologies LLC is seeking an Intelligence Reserve Support Manager to provide program management and administrative support to Headquarters Air Combat Command (HQ ACC) in the management and execution of the Air Force Intelligence Individual Mobilization Augmentee (IMA) and Military Personnel Appropriation (MPA) Man-Day Programs. This position supports the planning, coordination, and administration of Air Reserve Component (ARC) resources to ensure intelligence personnel requirements are aligned with ACC operational priorities.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) and Air National Guard (ANG) personnel programs, with knowledge of ARCNet, ARCORT, M4S, and other Air Force personnel management systems. This role supports approximately 250 Intelligence IMA billets and personnel assigned to ACC staff and subordinate organizations.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
Provide analytical and administrative support for the management, planning, programming, and execution of approximately 250 Intelligence IMA billets and assigned personnel supporting ACC Staff and subordinate organizations.
Assist with the annual planning, programming, budgeting, and execution of approximately 350,000 Military Personnel Appropriation (MPA) man-days supporting ACC Staff, Numbered Air Forces, and Wing operational missions.
Support the Intelligence IMA Program Manager in maintaining oversight of Intelligence IMA billets and personnel, conducting Intelligence Program Reviews (IPRs), and preparing leadership for Headquarters Air Force (HAF) and Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) Intelligence IMA Development Team boards.
Monitor program status, identify discrepancies, prepare reports, and provide recommendations to support effective program execution and resource utilization.
Serve as a Unit Reserve Coordinator supporting Intelligence IMA personnel actions, including billet management, recruitment, assignments, training, readiness, and utilization.
Monitor and track readiness requirements for ACC Staff Intelligence IMA officers and enlisted personnel.
Provide guidance to IMAs, supervisors, and leadership regarding program participation, readiness requirements, and personnel management processes.
Coordinate with ACC, AFRC, ANG, and other stakeholders to support reserve personnel requirements and program objectives.
Process, manage, and submit MPA man-day requests, waivers, and Permanent Change of Station (PCS) requests using M4S and other applicable personnel management systems.
Maintain and validate personnel and resource data within M4S, ARCORT, ARCNet, and related systems to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
Perform data analysis, account audits, and research to support leadership decision-making and program oversight.
Assist in validating annual and emergent MPA man-day requirements and prepare Direct War and Enduring Cost (DWEC) and Steady State (SS) submissions in accordance with Air Force guidance.
Prepare reports, correspondence, briefing materials, and other program documentation to support government leadership and program execution.
Collaborate with government personnel and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of personnel actions and effective management of Intelligence IMA and MPA Man-Day programs.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Familiarity with Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) and Air National Guard (ANG) organizations, policies, and personnel programs.
Experience supporting military personnel, resource management, administrative, or program management functions.
Knowledge of data management systems and the ability to analyze, validate, and maintain personnel and resource data.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to coordinate effectively with military personnel, government civilians, and leadership at multiple organizational levels.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing reports, correspondence, and briefing materials.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with ARCNet, ARCORT, M4S, MILPDS, or other Air Force personnel and resource management systems.
Knowledge of Department of the Air Force Instruction (DAFI) 36-2619 and other applicable guidance governing the Military Personnel Appropriation (MPA) Man-Day Program and Individual Mobilization Augmentee (IMA) Program.
Prior experience supporting Headquarters Air Force, Major Command (MAJCOM), Air Reserve Component, or Department of Defense personnel programs.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Public Administration, Human Resources, Management, or a related field is preferred.
Six (6) years of relevant experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
Five (5) or more years of experience supporting military personnel management, resource management, program management, or administrative operations within the Department of Defense or a related federal environment.
Clearance:
Active Top Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) eligibility/access required.
Travel Requirement:
Occasional travel may be required.
