• Position: Project Engineer
• Location: Colorado Springs 80921 or Huntsville, AL 35808
• Duration: long term, ongoing contract – we are a direct sub to the C2BMC program
• Clearance: Secret, will hold TS if you already have it
• Program – C2BMC
"In this role, you will support teams from C2BMC. You will work with the Systems Engineering and Verification team to collect team and system performance data and translate it into meaningful information that supports timely decision-making by program management and our customers. The successful candidate will have experience in a technical environment, experience producing creative, easily interpreted measures, and strong interpersonal skills. This position requires on-site work in a secure environment with no remote options.

Basic Qualifications:
Please list your current security clearance and IAT or relevant certifications on your resume, if applicable.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Project Management, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field from an accredited university, along with 2 years of experience; or a Master’s degree in a related field with 0 years of relevant work experience; or 6 years of relevant work experience may be considered as an alternative to a degree
• Applicants must have a current, active in-scope DoD-issued Secret security clearance at the time of application, which is required to start
• Experience using Power BI and Tableau dashboards, along with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI Reports, Reporting, and Visualization
• Convert complex datasets into clear visualizations and insights that support improvement efforts, with the ability to communicate findings effectively to both lay audiences and business stakeholders
• Author and maintain report-layer assets in Power BI and Tableau as appropriate for report-level transformations and measures
• Combine and unify data from various systems using Power BI
• Work within a source-controlled environment using Power BI Project (PBIP) and Tableau"
