Raytheon - Advanced Products & Solutions (APS) is seeking ato oversee a program area within the ). The successful candidate will lead transition to production and capital efforts for Advanced Systems, a high-profile portfolio, within the Electronic Warfare Systems (EWS) organization. You will be responsible for cost, schedule, and technical performance of these efforts.
This role is onsite located in El Segundo, CA.
- Lead all aspects of program cost, schedule, and technical execution to ensure predictable performance
- Accountability for profit and loss, EAC inputs, and program execution including risk and opportunities, cost, quality, and schedule performance
- Provide leadership and direction to cross functional teams across multiple Raytheon sites
- Implement and execute Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) to include meeting Estimate at Completions (EAC) requirements
- Establish and execute baseline schedule, negotiating and executing change requirements
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with the customer counterparts
- Travel domestically, as needed, to support business engagements
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
- Program Management, systems engineering, or business management experience
- Experience managing cost, schedule, and/or performance for programs with use of program management tools
- Active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain program access after start
- Program Management Level 6 Certification or ability to obtain within one year
- Effective written, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Understanding of Electronic Warfare (EW) or Radio Frequency (RF) principles, systems development, and application of applicable technologies in operations
- Demonstrated ability to advise and influence the cross-functional production team, functional leaders, domestic and global supply chain, and internal program leaders to secure the resources necessary execute a profitable production program

The salary range for this role is 145,600 USD - 276,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
