REQUIREMENTS
Active TS/SCI
5+ years of capture management experience
Proven track record leading captures in the $100M–$1B+ range
Direct experience supporting Intelligence Community (IC) customers
Strong knowledge of IC acquisition processes (e.g., FEDSIM)
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute win strategies
Experience managing end-to-end capture lifecycle
Strong proposal leadership and cross-functional coordination skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities
PLUSSES
TSSCI CI or FSP preferred
Experience with Shipley capture and proposal methodologies
Existing relationships/network within IC agencies
Background in solution architecture or technical program delivery
Experience conducting price-to-win and competitive analysis
Prior work with large government contractors or integrators
Strong experience in teaming and partner strategy development

Insight Global is seeking a Capture Manager for a top government services client supporting the Intelligence Community. This candidate will be responsible for driving the full capture lifecycle for high-value federal opportunities, from early-stage opportunity shaping through proposal submission and contract award. The role requires deep expertise in IC acquisition processes, strong customer engagement skills, and the ability to craft and execute winning strategies. This individual will partner closely with business development, technical teams, and proposal organizations to develop compelling, compliant solutions that align with mission objectives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment and brings a proven track record of securing large-scale federal contracts.
Compensation:
$190K to $210K per year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
