Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph within the last 7 years to be considered.
Summary:
• Applies systems engineering principles, including requirements analysis, architectural design, integration, and configuration management.
• Develops cloud-based solutions and manages data flows.
• Performs big data analysis.
• Utilizes Jira, Confluence, AWS, and Azure.
• Focuses on cyber threat intelligence.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 15+ years
• Total Compensation: $290k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Apply systems engineering principles throughout the systems life cycle phases: Concept, Development, Production, Utilization, Support, and Retirement.
• Interact with Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts.
• Communicate with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.
• Responsible for the technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work performed and deliverables associated with process areas such as Stakeholder Requirements Definition, Requirements Analysis, Architectural Design, Implementation, Integration, Verification, Transition, Validation, Operation, Maintenance, Disposal, Project Planning, Project Assessment and Control, Decision Management, Risk Management, Configuration Management, Information Management, Measurement, Project Portfolio Management, Infrastructure Management, Lifecycle Model Management, Human Resource Management, Quality Management, Acquisition, and Supply.
• Develop cloud-based solutions and manage data flows.
• Perform big data analysis.
• Utilize tools and platforms including Jira, Confluence, AWS, and Azure.
• Apply expertise in cyber threat intelligence and cyber defense.
• Leverage skills in Requirements Analysis, Enterprise Architecture, Software Development, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, Integration and Test, and Software Configuration Management.
